A spokeswoman at Grace, the Austrian ad agency that works for the confectionery marketer Manner, said the company did not pay for the product placement. "We have had dealings with Mr. Schwarzenegger in the past," she said. "I think the fact that he is Austrian has helped and I believe we have a special relationship with him because of it."
